We can use our bodies in two ways - for work or for exercise. What is the difference ? Work "uses" up your body. It tires the body. It causes stress and fatigure. Exercise "tones" up the body. It refreshes and rejuvenates the body. Similarly, what we do most of the day with our jobs and studies is "mental work". We also need "mental exercise" to keep our minds toned, sharp and alert. These mental exercises will help your mind have a great mental fitness. They will help you improve all aspects of your mental health - memory, mental arithmetic, reading speed, imagination, thinking with clarity, problem solving, etc. |
